Motivation + Passion = Success

Founded In 2019, President/Owner/Founder Ryan Moore, set out to build a better way to deliver the overall vendor experience in all phases: Solutions, Service, and Satisfaction. Ryan is an innovative, forward-thinking entrepreneur, and long-time industry professional with a BBA in Management Information Systems, and MBA in Business Management, from Sam Houston State University.

We’ve since expanded
their product/service offerings to include additional ICT/Low Voltage
systems, such as Physical Security, Building Controls, Environmental
Sensors, Wireless Networks, PoE/Network Lighting, and Network Audio/Visual. By early 2021, the idea had already grown into a fully
operational company, now with a team of 10 full time employees, and has
since added branch office locations in the DFW Metroplex, Austin and San
Antonio Metroplex.

He quickly worked his way up from a Help Desk Technician to Systems Administrator, Network Engineer, and finally a Senior Engineer at an IT consulting firm, where he implemented system/network design and deployments. Experience working on both sides of the table motivated him to build something of his own. Despite the beginning of a pandemic, and only a handful of his own dollars in the bank, PiggyBack was founded in November of 2019, headquartered in Houston, Texas and focusing on the physical infrastructure layer of the technology stack. Hard work, innovative solutions, positive feedback word-Of-mouth referrals, and a reputation for quality are due credit for the accelerated growth of the business, and it quickly transformed into PBC DataCom.
